• Always wear appropriate clothing suitable for the destination and weather conditions.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes during sightseeing.
• Keep your valuables, passports, wallets, mobile phones, jewellery, and cash secure at all times.
• Do not leave luggage or personal belongings unattended.
• Report any emergency, illness, accident, or lost item immediately to the Tour Manager.
• Follow all safety signs and instructions at tourist attractions.
• Consumption of illegal drugs or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and should not interfere with the safety or comfort of other travellers.
• Avoid travelling alone at night in unfamiliar locations.
• Carry essential medicines prescribed by your doctor.
• Inform Luxurious Tour in advance about any medical condition, allergy, disability, or special assistance requirement.

Safety Rules for FIT (Free Independent Travellers)

• Ensure all travel documents, passports, visas, insurance, and tickets are valid before departure.
• Reach airports, railway stations, or bus terminals well before departure.
• Carefully verify hotel vouchers, transport vouchers, and booking confirmations.
• Follow hotel safety instructions and emergency procedures.
• Keep emergency contact numbers readily available.
• Avoid sharing personal travel details with strangers.
• Secure passports and important documents using hotel lockers whenever available.
• Follow destination-specific safety advisories issued by local authorities.

Safety Rules for GIT (Group Inclusive Tours)

• Be punctual for all sightseeing tours, meals, and departure timings.
• Stay with the group unless prior permission has been obtained from the Tour Manager.
• Respect fellow travellers and maintain proper discipline.
• Do not delay the group by arriving late.
• Always board and deboard vehicles carefully.
• Keep aisles clear and remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
• Do not distract the driver during travel.
• Children should always remain under the supervision of parents or guardians.
• Follow all instructions during adventure activities, cruises, ropeways, amusement parks, and sightseeing.

Safety Rules for School & College Educational Tours

• Student Responsibilities
• Students must maintain discipline throughout the tour.
• School or College Identity Card is compulsory at all times.
• Students must follow the instructions of teachers, tour coordinators, and guides.
• Students shall not leave the group without prior permission from the teacher or tour coordinator.
• Respect educational institutions, museums, monuments, laboratories, and public property.
• Maintain silence where required, especially in museums, educational institutions, and places of worship.
• Bullying, ragging, fighting, abusive language, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Consumption of tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, vaping products, drugs, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
• Students are responsible for their own belongings.
• Avoid carrying expensive jewellery or large amounts of cash.
• Follow queue systems during sightseeing and meals.
• Wear the prescribed school uniform or tour T-shirt whenever instructed.
• Comfortable shoes, caps, water bottles, and sunscreen are recommended.

Teachers & Institution Responsibilities

• Ensure all students are medically fit for travel.
• Carry emergency contact details of all students.
• Inform Luxurious Tour of any allergies, medications, or special medical needs before departure.
• Maintain appropriate student supervision throughout the tour.
• Ensure attendance is taken before every departure.
• Transportation Safety
• Always wear seat belts where available.
• Never stand while the vehicle is in motion.
• Keep hands and head inside the vehicle.
• Boarding and alighting should be done only after the vehicle has stopped completely.
• Do not litter inside vehicles.
• Emergency exits must remain unobstructed.
• Drivers' instructions must be followed at all times.

Hotel Safety

• Lock room doors whenever leaving.
• Do not allow unknown persons into your room.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency exits.
• Use electrical appliances responsibly.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.

Adventure Activity Safety

• Participation in adventure activities is voluntary.

Travellers must:

• Follow all safety instructions.
• Wear the required safety equipment.
• Disclose any medical conditions before participating.
• Follow age, height, weight, and health restrictions.
• Understand that certain activities carry inherent risks despite safety precautions.

Health & Hygiene

• Drink safe bottled or purified water.
• Wash hands regularly.
• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Carry personal medications.
• Inform the Tour Manager immediately if feeling unwell.
• Follow health advisories issued by local authorities

Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergency:
• Stay calm.
• Inform the Tour Manager immediately.
• Follow emergency evacuation procedures.
• Cooperate with local authorities.
• Do not spread misinformation or panic.

Prohibited Activities

• The following are strictly prohibited:
• Possession or consumption of illegal drugs.
• Carrying weapons or hazardous materials.
• Smoking where prohibited.
• Damage to hotel or public property.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour.
• Littering or environmental damage.
• Unauthorized photography where prohibited.
• Entering restricted or dangerous areas.

Liability

• Luxurious Tour takes every reasonable precaution to provide safe and well-organized travel services. However, travellers are responsible for exercising personal care and complying with all safety instructions. Luxurious Tour shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, delays, or damages resulting from negligence, violation of these rules, acts of third parties, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Acceptance

• By booking or participating in any tour organized by Luxurious Tour, all travellers, parents or guardians (where applicable), educational institutions, and group leaders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Safety Rules & Regulations.
