Ø Item of personal nature- tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
Ø Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.
Ø Garden entrance fee and guide charges, wherever applicable.
Ø Snow Jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & back.
Ø Thajiwas Glacier trip at Sonmarg(as this sightseeing is only allowed by local taxi at Sonmarg or by ponies and are on direct payment basis).
Ø Aru, Betaab valley and Chandanwari trip in Pahalgam (as this sightseeing is done by local taxis only and is on direct payment basis).
Ø Personal meals and personal expenses like entry tickets, telephone, laundry or anything which is not mentioned in the inclusions.
Ø Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Luxurious Tour.
Ø For cancellation made 15 days prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation Fee of 50% of the total invoice.
Ø For cancellation made 1 week prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 75% of the invoice.
Ø For cancellation made within 1 week of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
Ø For No show there will be no refund. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.
Ø In case a student cannot travel, no refund will be provided.
Ø All refunds would be made after the final collection of the payment.
