Ø Tour price does not include expenses such as tips, telephone calls, medical expenses, laundry, boating etc. and any other personal expenses. Any increase in government taxes, or fuel surcharge affecting the transport cost or any increase in train/ bus/ airfare will be borne by the clients.

Payment Terms:

Ø 75% of the amount for land arrangements to be paid at least 4 weeks in advance, remaining 25% will be before departure of the group.

Changes of Hotels:

• If for any reason the hotel(s) nominated are unavailable, an alternative will be sought/offered. If, after confirmation, the hotel becomes unavailable, you will be assigned to a hotel of similar or superior standard.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

Ø Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Luxurious Tour .

Ø For cancellation made 15 days prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation Fee of 50% of the total invoice.

Ø For cancellation made 1 week prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 75% of the invoice.

Ø For cancellation made within 1 week of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

Ø For No show there will be no refund. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

Ø In case a student cannot travel, no refund will be provided.

Ø All refunds would be made after the final collection of the payment.

Responsibility, Liability, Extra Cost, Prices and Brochure Accuracy - Changes and Errors:

All the packages are sold under the business management of Luxurious Tour. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Luxurious Tour nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc
